Our Bleed Valves Provide Effective Removal of Trapped Air

Bleeder valves from Pneumadyne have an operating temperature of -20 to 160°F and are offered in 10-32 UNF, 1/8 NPT and 1/4 NPT thread sizes. They feature an electroless nickel plated brass body for corrosion resistance with Buna-N seals and a brass stem.
 
Our bleeder valve options include:
  • 10-32 UNF Bleed Valve: Features a 10-32 thread mount with 5/16” hex and actuates at a pressure force of 3lbs at 50 psi and 3-3/4lbs at 125 psi. Provides an exhaust time of .06 in 3/sec 100-10 psi and features a captive O-ring design for a lead resistant fit.
  • 1/8 NPT Bleed Valve: Features a 1/8 NPT threaded mount with 7/16” hex and actuates at a pressure force of 3lbs at 50 psi and 6-1/2lbs at 125 psi. Provides an exhaust time of .04 in 3/sec 100-10 psi.
  • 1/4 NPT Bleed Valve: Features a 1/4 NPT thread mount with 9/16” hex and actuates at a pressure force of 3lbs at 50 psi and 6-1/2lbs at 125 psi. Provides an exhaust time of .04 in 3/sec 100-10 psi.
